เวลาใช้งาน Printer Set ไม่ได้ หรือ Error ขึ้นประโยค “Windows can’t open Add Printer. The local print spooler service is not running. Please restat the spooler or restart the machine” มีวิธีแก้ไขดังนี้
 
Step 1
พิมพ์ services.msc ในช่อง Search ของ Start Menu แล้ว Enter 
Step 2
ที่หน้าต่าง Services ให้คลิกขวาที่คีย์ Print Spooler เลือกคำสั่ง “Stop”
Step 3
จากนั้นให้เปิด Windows Explorer แล้วไปตามนี้    “C:\WINDOWS\system32\spool\PRINTERS” แล้วลบไฟล์ใน Folder ให้หมด 
Step 4
กลับไปทำ Step 1 กับ Step 2 อีกครั้ง แล้วเลือกคำสั่ง “Start” เสร็จแล้ว Add Printer อีกครั้งก็จะสามารถติดตั้ง Printer ได้
