The Office of Educational Quality Assurance, under the Office of the President, is organizing a knowledge exchange activity through the Community of Practice (RUTS KM) to identify good practices (Good Practice) and work towards establishing best practices (Best Practice)
The Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology submitted a project for the Best Practice presentation competition in COP 8, focusing on the operations of support staff. The project, titled “Development of a System for Material Management Supporting Organizational Management through Digital Technology,” was presented and developed by a team including Ms. Tipawan Phutthaviro, Ms. Wiphanee Suk-iat, Mr. Anon Longhan, and Ms. Wanwisa Chulboonyasit, with Assistant Professor Sitthichoke Unkaew, Director of the Office of Academic Resources and Information Technology, as an advisor
The knowledge management (KM) efforts of the Office have been conducted rigorously, involving on-site problem analysis with staff, leading to the design and development of an information system.
