The Office of Academic Services proudly announces the launch of the RUTS Memorandum Of Understanding and Memorandum Of Agreement Management Systems (RUTS MOUAS). July 1, 2024 The RUTS MOUAS has been developed based on the concept of just-in-time management which enables the responsible parties of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) to prepare or be aware of the expiry dates of these agreements in order to use them efficiently and timely. Moreover, it allows organizations that need to access these MOUs and MOAs to search for them as well.
By Assistant Professor Sithichoke Warmglass, Director of the Office of Academic Services and Information Technology, these ideas were proposed to Assistant Professor Dr. Kwanthai Jaipiam, Vice-President, who kindly allowed the testing of this system and provided recommendations for its improvement until completion. The Office of Academic Services and Information Technology has reported this to Dr. Panumas Suibamrung, Vice-President, to lead to its actual implementation.
The Office of Academic Services and Information Technology greatly hopes that the system will be utilized and beneficial for ongoing organizational management.
